Enrique arrives in London to sign for Chelsea(2023)

 According to reports in the Spanish press, Luis Enrique is currently in the English capital of London to sign with Chelsea to replace late-season star Graham Potter.

Chelsea announced the sacking of Graham Potter in the last few days and are waiting to sign a new manager until the start of next season, but it seems an official announcement will be forthcoming.

Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo quoted journalist Gerard Romero as revealing that former Spain manager Luis Enrique is now in London to sign with Chelsea.

The Spaniard is available accompanied by Ivan de Labinia, his agent and former friend of the player and in a few days, maybe a few hours, it will be announced that Enrique has signed for Chelsea. Enrique has previously confirmed he would like to work in the Premier League as planned after leaving Spain after the 2022 World Cup.
